Meet our amazing team members
Ken is the Chief Financial Officer of First Recruit Pte Ltd. As the CFO, Ken oversees the accounting, business support and financial planning aspects of the company. Getting his start in the IT industry doing software development, Ken rose up the ranks and eventually began managing a department where he learnt the ropes of running a business before leaving his job.
Amy has ten years of experience in the Human Resources/Recruitment Industry overseeing the daily operations of recruitment efforts & projects. Progressed from HR Administration and have been in service for Recruitment Firms designing recruitment procedures and analysing recruiting metrics over the years.
Having previously held roles as an Business Development Manager in big agency like Robert Half and Recruit Express, Joanne has intimate knowledge on the inner workings of headhunting and talents acquisition . At First Recruit, she uses the full extent of her experience to head the business development team, building and managing successful projects for all her clients.
