Job Description


Responsible for the supervision, coaching, on-boarding and monitoring performance of service crew

In charge of service staff work roster and planning across 2 outlets

Enforce standard operating procedures

Manage the cafes to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness

Handle all outlet administrative duties and submit all necessary records and paperwork to senior management on time

Motivates and directs team members to do what it takes to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service and maintain morale amongst the staff in outlets



Conduct weekly inventory stock check

Proficient in daily operation tasks e.g. cashiering, scooping ice cream etc.

Assist in basic ice cream production tasks



Willing to work weekends and public holidays

Driven and passionate about work and a team player

Relevant working experience in similar roles in the F&B industry

Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to multi-tasks and work under pressure
